Approach
Five steps. Then we stop or we continue.
Same method for a company and for a household. Short enough to remember. Strict enough that the work does not dissolve into meetings.
01
Listen
What is actually going on — in the company or in the household — without a framework dropped on it first.
02
Map
The constraints, the people, the calendar, and the few facts that change the rest.
03
Decide
A small set of decisions, owned by you. Advice is not a substitute for the person who has to live with it.
04
Install
The change has to land in the week: a process, a plan, a conversation, a physical arrangement. Paper that never leaves the folder is not the work.
05
Review
Come back. See what held. Cut what did not. Then stop, or continue, on purpose.
